Mid Mon Moves needs input from the Mon Valley community to be successful. There will be three public phases of engagement, as outlined on the project schedule on the Project Overview page.
The first phase of public engagement will take place from November-December 2025 and will be focused on Where Do You Want To Go?
The goal is to collect input from Mon Valley transit riders and residents on priorities and preferences related to MMVTA’s existing transit service.
We want to hear from you about what’s working well with MMVTA’s current transit system, the places you want to go, and what ideas you have for making your trips better!
Don’t forget to check back here frequently! There will be engagement meetings and events posted on the Mid Mon Moves website as we get closer to the first scheduled phase of public engagement.

You can also scroll down and fill out the “Contact Us” form to get added to a mailing list that will share engagement opportunities.
When can I expect to see dates and details about Phase 1 engagement?
Dates, locations, and event details should be scheduled and published on Mid Mon Moves website by late October. Flyers and social media materials will be shared with municipalities as well as key county agencies and local organizations., encouraging them to spread the word. If you represent an organization or business that would like to receive event information, let the project team know by submitting a contact form below and in the message, let us know you would like event flyers! These will also be prepared and shared by November 2025.
